Diamond_Doula
Those are still okay since they are in their purest form? Like Lemon EO's in water, I take oil of oregano once a week to prevent mosquito's from biting me. Peppermint for nausea during migraines and in my tea. I also put lavender in my sleepy time tea. Anyone else an essential oil user?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 9, 2014 Moderators Share Posted June 9, 2014 They are okay because those you mention are okay in any form. It would not be okay, however, if you wanted to take oil of soy or lentils.

Anyone else an essential oil user? I enjoy oil of lemon, orange, tangerine, grapefruit and lime used for natural perfume. I also use cedar, spruce, pine, fir, cypress, oakmoss mixed with coconut oil as a carrier oil. I've mixed all of the trees together for a great fragrance. Grapefruit oil helps dull the appetite. I don't take the fruit/tree oils internally but use them on my wrists, neck, belly, ankles, knees... Fruit oils don't normally bother anyone with perfume allergies or make them sick.
