Lulubelle Posted July 8, 2014 Share Posted July 8, 2014 OK, I'm on day 8 - I just discovered cooking with duck fat, and I LOVE it!....I also LOVE roasted sweet potatoes, so much that I feel like I'm eating something wrong. I have 2 questions: Can I use duck fat daily to cook with, or should I change it up with coconut and olive oil (I use olive oil in my daily salad)? And....Sweet potatoes every other day too much? I am eating everything else great, ie: lots of veggies and a protein with every meal. So far I'm loving the results and my husband and I are having fun!
