clabbergirl Posted July 14, 2014 Share Posted July 14, 2014 I'm on day 8 of my 1st Whole30 & ran across some lushious local watermelon that I've been eating regularly for the past couple of days. I'm not meticulous about picking out seeds, and have surely eaten quite a few. Are the seeds (and their possible anti-nutrientness defenses) ok to eat? Could I be setting up more inflammation?
