For dinner today I made meatballs together with "zoodles" and a cashew creamysauce I found on planksloveandguacamole.blogspot.com. The sauce is made of 1/2 cup cashew butter and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Mixed together with 8 cup zoodles. (Also some spices) this serves 2. After eating I got a realy strong heartbeat and a headache. Ive doublechecked the cashewbutter, and its only content is nuts. All my other ingredients are also "clean". Any ideas on why I got these discomforts? Too much fat in one meal? Feeling kind of stuffed now and a bit bloaded...
