CompleteinHim
I started my very first Whole30 on the 7th July but had to restart on Monday after not checking the ingredients of Pizza Hut chicken wings!! Since learning to read labels (and also ask questions regarding ingredients) I have just found out that the burgers (grass fed beef) I had been buying contain a small amount of carbohydrates in the seasoning. Fat - 12g Protein - 19g per 100g Carbs - 2.4g per 100g Fat - 12g Would these still be Whole30 compliant?

GFChris
Can you call the company and find out the ingredients list? You need to know what the ingredients are, to know whether or not this product is compliant.
annabel
The quality of meat here is generally a lot better than it is in the States, you don't really need to order special things online.
CompleteinHim
I have been finding it quite difficult to source grass fed meat locally which is why I've been scouring the internet. I'd be interested to know Annabel, where you source your meat from...? (Although I am quite a few hours drive away from Wales )
