day 7 & 8, terrible headaches

I'm not familiar with days 7 and 8 being especially bad for headaches. Having some pain during the first week or two is common, but nothing terrible.

Common meal composition mistakes include eating less than a palm-size portion of protein, too few eggs, and not filling plates with veggies as full as we mean. (We mean really fill the plate with veggies that are cooked with plenty of fat so they taste good and keep you satisfied for a while).
