Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 21, 2014 Moderators Share Posted August 21, 2014 Sunflower oil should not be heated as it is a somewhat fragile oil and degrades with heat. The ingredients of your sauce are Whole30-compliant, but it is not a healthy choice for stir frying.
Josephine
I actually just added it as a seasoning after cooking so I don't think the heat matters. And a bit of salt. The instructions said to add sugar, which is what made me think, hey - it probably doesn't have sugar in it!
MeadowLily
I'm not sure if you still heated up the sunflower oil?
