bklyngrrl
Came across Olivio Spread in my local Giant, from my brief research on the ingredients it seems Whole30 OK, but just though I'd confirm. Also relatively new in my local organic markets is GoRaw which has a number of "cookies/chips" products which seem to fit the requirements...and I love the Ginger Snaps. I'm on day 7 and am building up my food arsenal
MeadowLily
I hope the Ginger Snaps aren't part of your food arsenal. Uh oh.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 8, 2014 The Olivio spread is okay. I think ghee is a much better choice, but a thickened, tropical oil spread is okay. The GoRaw cookies and chips are a big NO! That violates our principle of not replicating conventional cookies and chips with compliant ingredients. Seriously, do not try to keep eating foods that you have been in the habit of eating. This would guarantee making little progress during a Whole30 and make you vulnerable to giving it all back at the end of 30 days any way.
