If you are doing the Hartwig's Whole30, you follow their rules.I don't appreciate that accusation. The book does not say No.These comments do come up in the FB group. I am a rule follower and am not new to Whole30 but there is discrepancy here. In the future, I will simply refer people to this post if the question arises and let them decide. Thanks for your help.
