Ritzy224
I have been drinking carbonated water with "natural flavors" listed as an ingredient. Is this okay? Water and "natural flavors" are the only ingredients listed. I find the term pretty vague.
kirkor
Mainly depends on why you're drinking it I think.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 23, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 23, 2014 Natural flavors are okay -- this discussion has an answer from Melissa Hartwig herself. If you're curious about what the natural flavors actually are, you can check the company's website or write to the company and see if they will give you more information. Some will. If it's La Croix brand, they say this on their website: The flavors are derived from the natural essence oils extracted from the fruits used in each of our LaCroix flavors. There are no sugars or artificial ingredients contained in, nor added to, these extracted flavors. For future reference, almost anything you can think to ask about the Whole30 has probably been asked on the forum before. The best way to find those previous discussions is to google Whole30 and whatever term you're searching for, so Whole30 natural flavors in this case.
