Bubblewinks
I made Cauliflower rice tonight and I tried a bite of it on its own and it's really spicy. It totally has a kick to it. I rarely eat cauliflower. Am I just imagining things?? LOL..Let me add all I did was put it in the nutribullet and then ate it.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 29, 2014 Administrators Share Posted October 29, 2014 Oh, that is odd! I cannot say I've ever noticed that it has anything other than a bit of a sweet cauli taste. Handy if yours does, saves the seasoning step! AmyS
If you didn't cook it after running it through the nutribullet, it might have a bit of a bite. Cooking mellows it.
Derek`
I eat a lot of it raw so it definitely does. Not as strong as radishes or something, but it is noticeable. One of the great things about it.
MeadowLily
Roasted radishes and cauliflower are delightful together, Derek.
