roseann0461
I am at day 37 and I feel weight loss has stopped. Any suggestions? I lost about 7 lbs total but that was early.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 20, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2012 We would need to know more about you - history, activity level, food log, sleep, etc. to offer useful suggestions.
roseann0461
I am a 51 year old female and I try to run average of 3 times a week between 2-3 miles each time. I eat 3 compliant meals but I do have nuts as snacks I am thinking that is stopping the weight loss. I am going to try this next week to give up the nuts and see what happens. I am definitely sleeping much better which was one of the main reasons I tried this. Feeling great but would like to get rid of this last 8 lbs. Julie Quates
Curious about the nuts. They say cashews are okay and I love them. I just need to explore more snacking options. Missing my almonds...
grmochamom
I am too curious about the cashews. i am reading that they are on the ok list, but then i also am hearing that they could be high on the omega 6 list. all I know, is that I have only had a handful of raw cashews twice in the past 5 days and my weight loss has stalled. I am on Day 20, so no more nuts until after I complete whole 30 and see if the nuts were the issue.
roseann0461
I really think I have been relying on nuts too often. Yesterday was the first day I did not have any nuts at all. Going to try to stay away for a while. (I was much hungrier yesterday but just tried to eat more at meal time).
