Well, doing really great. Day 25 and I have definitely made progress and have rounded the corner. Except, today I had a momentary mind blip and I added 1 tsp. of low sodium soy sauce to my olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard dressing. I cannot believe it. One minute I am clarifying butter on the stove top, the next I am sabotaging 25 days of committment. I have enjoyed the program and plan to continue to eat this way. Tell me please, and I now doomed to have to start over? Ugh. I still cannot believe it.

Bugger.. ISWF emphasizes the need to empty your cupboards of all non whole30 compliant items before starting the program. Was your Dijon mustard non compliant also? Usually comes prepared with White wine... I don't see this as an accident, since you could have started a new batch of dressing before ingesting it. I would start over, soy is baaaad... But then again, I am not you :)
