Shine
Well, doing really great. Day 25 and I have definitely made progress and have rounded the corner. Except, today I had a momentary mind blip and I added 1 tsp. of low sodium soy sauce to my olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard dressing. I cannot believe it. One minute I am clarifying butter on the stove top, the next I am sabotaging 25 days of committment. I have enjoyed the program and plan to continue to eat this way. Tell me please, and I now doomed to have to start over? Ugh. I still cannot believe it. Help.......

I would start over, soy is baaaad... But then again, I am not you
