lacer212
I read online that eggs should be limited to 6 a week while doing the Whole30. I read this on a blog that was not directly affilated with Whole9 so it may not be true. Eggs have been the staple in my breakfasts and my number one "grab and go" snack. Is it true that I should limit them to 6 a week at max?
Laura B
I typically eat 3 eggs for breakfast most days of the week. I try to take a day off just for variety's sake. Eggs are really good for you (even better if they are pastured) so I wouldn't put any kind of "max" on them. Just keep a variety in your diet and you'll be fine. Robin Strathdee
No limit on eggs during your Whole30. Just make sure you're varying your protein sources in general and you'll be fine!
daisydaisy
No limit on eggs during your Whole30. Just make sure you're varying your protein sources in general and you'll be fine! This is good to know, as my husband and I eat close to 30+ eggs a week... Mix up the proteins for lunch and dinner, but nothing quite beats a quick'n'easy poached egg/scramble for breakfast!
