I selected this date because I'm going to be out of town and need to plan my meals and shop before I start. I have trouble with planning and I want to be more specific with what I'm doing for lunch. When I don't eat enough, I end up at the vending machines and there is never anything healthy there. I want to stop this trouble area before it starts. There is a wealth of info within this forum of different ideas for various meals...however one of the easiest things to do is make enough at dinner that you can have the leftovers for breakfast and/or lunch.
