Day 3 extreme bloating

Sometimes the change of what you are eating that comes with a Whole30 gets your gut bacteria stirred up and strange things happen for a week or two. Strange things like bloating.... It passes. However, if you post a report of what you have been eating for a few days, we would be glad to offer some feedback about it.

I am on day 5 and experiencing the same problem.  Have been eating mostly veggie and grass fed ground beef frittata for breakfast, salads with lean protein and a fat (mostly avocado) for lunch and lean protein and veggies for dinner.  Last night had grilled pork chop with roasted carrots, beets and red potatoes and sautéed red cabbage.  I eat a gluten free mostly whole foods diet as well prior to my whole30, but had been off track over the holidays and am used to drinking red wine.  Any suggestions as my jeans are feeling tighter than day 1?  Thanks.
