Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 29, 2015 Administrators Share Posted January 29, 2015 Hi Mrs Roxann, that's really one of the things that you will self experiment with when you are done your whole30. What might be fine for me won't necessarily be fine for you. It's near impossible for any of us to tell you that sourdough will be fine but rye will hurt or that you can have bread twice a week but more than that gives you symptoms. You (and we) just don't know until you test yourself. Here's the reintroduction protocol to help explain it better. http://whole30.com/step-two-finished/
VolChick
The hubby and I did our first Whole30 Aug/Sept 2014 (on our 2nd now). Still have not had bread, or pasta!! Don't know if we're not brave enough to try it, or just lost interest.
praxisproject
I can't eat wheat or gluten, but I've managed to find a fairly inert rice-based bread. But to be honest I rarely eat it as I don't like bread much anymore
