debber
I miss hot cereal. Can I reintroduce oats? What would be a good one?
Moderators LadyM Posted February 3, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 3, 2015 You can reintroduce whatever you like, though we recommend you do so methodically to get useful information: http://whole30.com/step-two-finished/ Also, if you decide you want to reintroduce oats as a non-gluten grain, you might want to buy gluten free oats. Bob's Red Mill is a brand that's widely available.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 3, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 3, 2015 Based upon the considerable information published in It Starts With Food, we don't think any grain is a "good" one.

Nashipae
Hi! I'm on day 32, and not reintroducing GF grains for another week. When I do, I'm looking forward to my favorite blend of grains: equal amounts of steel cut oats, millet, and quinoa. Topped with fresh fruit and chopped walnuts. Sprinkle of cinnamon
