Booster juice

It appears they are all made with frozen yogurt and whey protein powder, so none of them are okay. In fact, this is the opposite of what the Whole30 is about. First, smoothies are a bad idea because you should eat your food, not drink it. Your body handles liquids differently than solids. Drinking food makes over consuming more likely. Second, a big dose of fruit is a bad idea. It inflames sugar cravings, and gives you more sugar and calories than substantial nutrition. Third, these smoothies are a lie. A fruit smoothie might not be really bad for you, but they are not really good for you either. You can do so much better. Fourth... that's enough.
