Canned Seafood - Good Options?

What do you think of choosing a can of seafood [eg, smoked oysters, mackeral, tuna] in olive oil - only Whole30 ingredient-compliant - as a snack for those moments when one is truly hungry and in need of a mini meal? What about using this option for protein and fat for meals?

Yep. I like canned salmon, homemade mayo, and cubed roasted sweet potatoes. Chop up some compliant dill pickles to go in there, and maybe add some wilted dark leafy greens, and you have one of my favorite lunches.
