Hello, I'm on day 5 and experiencing a lot of nausea.  My body is completely used to all things carbs and I'm struggling with the food choices.  When I'm nauseated, I immediately want to turn to carbs/comfort food.  Any suggestions?  Also, does anyone have a compliant salad dressing they love?

Sorry you're not feeling well.  Try some sweet potato and/or some bone broth to ease the nausea.

 

My favourite dressing is one that I make myself:

 

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic 

1/4 cup whole grain dijon

salt

 

Use an immersion blender to emulsify.
