Too much fat?

This mornings for meal one i had cold potato, an egg, some skinless chicken and lots of cucumber and tomato and salad. I had half a small avocado and two teaspoons of home made mayo. Is that too much fat? I am on day 23 of my first Whole30

I'd say that's fine. A good indicator is if you're staying satiated for 4-5 hours and two teaspoons is really not a lot, even with the half an avocado... I use a tablespoon and it's generally more than two!  :)

Yes, that is correct. You should eat enough and in the right proportions at meals that you can go 4-5 hours between without hunger.
