Would like salad dressing recipes

I see the raspberry vinegarette recipe.

I would like some other simple salad dressing recipes

 perhaps vinegar, olive oil, and dry spices(specify them) and

  list quanties please,

 or whatever else is compliant. Thanks.

There's been past discussions of this on the forum, try googling Whole30 salad dressing. Try this one for some suggestions.

Penzey's has a compliant Green Goddess spice blend. Add vinegar, mayo and salt and pepper to taste.

Somewhere buried here, there is an excellent tahini dressing I make.

 

I eat this with a spoon and sometimes actually put it on food:

Cilantro/Lime/Avocado Dressing

1 cup loosely packed cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped
1 avocado
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (i just squeeze a lime or two)
1 -2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar (I've used all kinds, works with all of them)
1/8 teaspoon salt

Blend everything together. I think the official recipe uses a food processor or blender but I just mix/mush it all up in a bowl and blend/stir.

I make something similar to this; one avo, juice of a lime, handful cilantro, 1-2 cloves garlic, coconut milk to thin to desired consistency.  I do it in my magic bullet.  SO good!  I'm going to try yours though, I like the idea of the oil and vinegar in it!
