watsonly
I am preparing to start my first Whole30 but I'm really stumped for breakfast as I cannot eat eggs. Can anyone provide some suggestions for me?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 20, 2015 Moderators Share Posted July 20, 2015 Anything you can eat for any other meal can be eaten for your first meal of the day. It may be helpful to stop thinking about breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and start thinking in terms of meal1, meal2, and meal3. Google whole30 no egg breakfast for a ton of psst discussions, or you may find this one helpful: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/28832-lets-talk-non-traditional-breakfasts/

Basically anything you eat at any other meal can be eaten at breakfast. This topic has been discussed at length, try googling "Whole30 no egg breakfast". JenX
For Meal 1 today, I had sautéed kale and cauliflower with browned ground beef and some fresh tomatoes. It was delicious!
Sheena812
I had sweet potato hash today with ground turkey. Last week I had turkey breast and mixed vegetables several mornings.
