3 days in....how long should I be able to go before the next meal?

Okay, I've just started and am doing really well.  My symptoms aren't so horrible because prior to starting this program I was on a mini-road map to this way of eating (i.e. no processed carbs, etc.


I'm a type 2 diabetic which reversed itself back to hypoglycemia.  I could not go more than 2 hours before crashing.  I've done medifast, atkins and weight watchers.  I've given up on diets


Now I am able to go 4 hours until my next meal.  How long am I supposed to be able to go between meals?
