My symptoms aren't so horrible because prior to starting this program I was on a mini-road map to this way of eating (i.e. no processed carbs, etc. I'm a type 2 diabetic which reversed itself back to hypoglycemia. I could not go more than 2 hours before crashing. I've done medifast, atkins and weight watchers. I've given up on diets Now I am able to go 4 hours until my next meal. Obviously, with blood sugar issues, if you get too low blood sugar we want you to take care of that, don't risk passing out or anything just to hit a particular length of time.
