jmcbn Posted August 25, 2015 Share Posted August 25, 2015 Nope, sorry - as per Chris' post above that sounds a bit pudding-ish to me.Your breakfast (& every meal) should be built to the meal template of proteins, fats & veggies. Fruit should not push the veg off of your plate.Try thinking of breakfast in terms of meal one - that way you can eat anything you'd eat at meal two or meal three....
