Headaches day 20

Off the top of my head:

Are you drinking enough water? (half an ounce per pound of body weight daily...)

Are you salting your food?

Are you including enough fat?

Can you post a few days worth of your typical food/liquid intake indiciating portion sizes so we can take a look and see if anything jumps out?

I am also having a monster headache for three days in a row - days 25-27.


Can it really be a lack of starchy veggies?  What counts as starchy veggies? 


Sweet Potatoes




Also, is there anything I can take for it?  The headache is starting to interrupt my work and this is becoming a problem.

Examples of starchy veg would be all varieties of potatoes, turnips, beets, yam, pumpkin, plantains, parsnips, carrots, that sort of thing...

What has your food & liquid intake been like over the past few days?

For your headache you can take something like tylenol, and ensure you are getting enough water on board - the recommendation being for at least half an ounce of water per pound of body weight.
