Day 28 and feeling the worst I've felt in 4 weeks, help!

Today I hit my 4 week mark and I can't understand why I'm feeling bloated & exhausted. I feel like i actually may have gained weight, but im sticking to the no scale rule. I haven't felt this way the entire time. I haven't slipped at all, but I wanted to do more then 30 days and my motivation is waning. Has anyone experienced this or have any recommendations? Thanks!
