amg871
I have been getting up at 5:00, which means I need to eat by 6:00. That meals M2 would be 11:00ish, and M3 would be 4:00ish. Eating my last meal at 4:00 seems a little early. Can I go longer between meals? Ann Marie
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted August 30, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 30, 2015 You could, or you could have a fourth meal or mini meal. Maybe at 4 pm have something small, like a hard boiled egg with mayo and carrots and celery, then have dinner at your normal time.
jmcbn
What time do you go to bed at to get up at 5am? Bearing in mind that you should be aiming for roughly 8hrs sleep....You can go 5-6hrs between meals if you like, or you could add in a snack/mini meal comprised of at least two of the three food groups - protein, veg & fat - maybe around 3pm allowing you to have your meal three around 7/7:30pm.ETA: Shannon beat me to it! amg871
Thanks for both of your replies:). I am asleep by 10:00 - just depends on how tired I am. I am not finding myself that hungry at 4:00, so if it is OK to wait longer I will. On those days when I am hungrier, I will eat a mini-meal. Thanks!!
