skupe
I have some bone broth from the farmer's market -- chicken. It's all free range and organic. The issue is that they throw a little organic corn on he cob on before they freeze it. If I take the corn off may I use it? Or shall I just make my own and save the frozen for after the program? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted September 2, 2015 Moderators Share Posted September 2, 2015 I personally would make my own and save the corn one for when you're done.
skupe
Thanks. That's what I figured.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 2, 2015 Moderators Share Posted September 2, 2015 Yeah. The problem is that off-plan ingredients literally soak into the liquid, so you can't just eat around the corn, etc.
