Blissfulnewme
I am on Day 3 of my first Whole30. It's been going great so far...but for some reason, I assumed there was no sugar in my almond butter. I've had one tablespoon each day so far. There are 3 grams of sugar in 2 tablespoons. Do I need to start from Day 1? Thanks!!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted September 8, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 8, 2015 What do the ingredients list? There are naturally occurring sugars in most foods. It's the ADDED sugars that are not permitted.

GFChris
It says "organic cane sugar" Ok, so that would make this version of almond butter not compliant for a Whole30. Read this article and decide what to do next.
