Hey peeps!


 


I'm going out for my sister's birthday tonight at TGI Friday's. I was wondering if anyone had experience navigating this menu and could recommend specific dishes. I'd greatly appreciate it! The allergen menu wasn't super helpful because most of it is cooked on the same surface (SOY IS IN EVERYTHING). Ideally I would like to avoid the go-to salad, but if that's the only option I'd be okay with it. Thank you in advance for all your help!!

The menu will be different in the USA, but locally here in Australia they are pretty terrible.

 

They can barely make anything here without gluten, let alone the rest and we find they ignore most requests into the kitchen (which I think is some kind of process failure) such as no bread on the plate.
