Flavored olive oil

I did search, I swear.

 

Not homemade flavored oil, but packaged that way. There is no ingredient list. 

 

It's not the end of the world if I can't use it, my but wild mushroom and sage oil is awesome with poultry and I plan on making turkey meatballs soon.

Without an ingredient list, I'd hold off until you're done with your Whole30, to be on the safe side.

No ingredient list is usually a sign that proper labelling is absent (and in most countries this is required by law).

 

As I can't have gluten, I never eat a product without an ingredients list (unless it's actual food like fruit and veg)

 

You could try contacting the producer, but you won't know for sure about that particular batch, if they sometimes have differences.

Thanks! I'll put these away for the time being. I googled the company to see if the ingredient list was there but they don't have a website. It's a place where they have tons of oils in vinegars in vats; you tell them what they want and they fill a bottle. I supposed I could go back and ask but dang, I lazy.
