Veroalmazan
Hi all, tomorrow I am in a work meeting all day...will an Epic bar with a banana and almond butter be enough for a meal? Will it keep me full? I can take some carrots too
jmcbn
It wouldn't keep me full.Is there any way you could take some tinned fish, or boiled eggs? Along with some other veg sticks (celery, cucumber, sliced peppers)? Or a bunch of cherry tomatoes that you can pop like grapes? And maybe a pouch of olives, or a tub of mayo for dipping your veg/eggs into?Or is there any reason why you can't just bring an actual meal in a tupperware to eat? What will everyone else be eating? Veroalmazan
It will be a catered lunch, not sure what it is. I don't want to be unprepared. Maybe I'll just take baggies of veggies to pop (I like your grape tomato idea) and some hard boiled eggs along with an epic bar and banana with nut butter? praxisproject
I'd go the olives over the nuts, since you've already got the epic bar. Chicken strips are good too for protein, and mayo for dipping is yummy with veggie sticks. Or just make a salad type packed lunch and eat that
Hannlib
I'd make a protein salad and take it in a tub with a fork.
