lunjil21
About a year and a half ago I took gluten out of my diet due to discovering I had gluten sensatitivites. I'm wondering if whole30 has the potential to heal this or if I should remain gluten free. Would you suggest reintroducing gluten the last day of the 10 day reintroduction? Administrators ladyshanny Posted February 17, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 17, 2016 It's definitely dependant on the individual. Because you are allowing your gut to heal without the irritating foods for 30 days, it is possible that your body can handle small amounts of gluten. This is my personal experience. Birthday cake once a year doesn't hurt my stomach at all any more but if I go beserk and eat all the glutens I'm in Big Trouble. That said, depending on how sensitive you are, eating gluten still may not be a solid idea for you but only your reintroductions will tell you that. praxisproject
Have you ever had any testing done for celiac? Do you have trouble with oats or any other grains?
