I have noticed I feel so bloated (6-7 months pregnant stomach, I am not pregnant) from eating sweet potatoes.  Yesterday I tried a few red potato wedges and carrots and while not quite as bad I still felt the bloating, huge stomach.  Can I use cherries and berries as my carb dense food?  They are not a trigger food for me and I'm only talking 1-2/3-4 cup.  I know without a doubt sweet potatoes does this to me.

I do not like butternut/acorn squash so please don't suggest.  Raw carrots seem to be ok.  PLEASE HELP!

Cherries and berries will not cut it for carbs. Other starchy veggies you might try are rutabagas, parsnips, plantains, yucca, turnips, beets, carrots. Raw veggies can be hard on digestion, so it is often best to cook them.
