pattyw Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 I have noticed I feel so bloated (6-7 months pregnant stomach, I am not pregnant) from eating sweet potatoes. Yesterday I tried a few red potato wedges and carrots and while not quite as bad I still felt the bloating, huge stomach. Can I use cherries and berries as my carb dense food? They are not a trigger food for me and I'm only talking 1-2/3-4 cup. I know without a doubt sweet potatoes does this to me. I do not like butternut/acorn squash so please don't suggest.
