Jan Nohling
I did a search and didn't see anything related to kefir. Is homemade coconut kefir made from compliant canned coconut milk allowed? I like to get my probiotics in daily and usually consume milk kefir but I know that is not permitted. I like to have a small bowl of fruit topped with kefir and chopped walnuts or pecans. Thanks. Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 25, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 25, 2016 If you search the forum you will find we've already said yes to coconut kefir. Topping fruit and nuts with kefir sounds like a nightly dessert ritual that we advise you not to indulge. Maintaining your established relationship with food, albeit with new ingredients may not serve you well going forward.

praxisproject
Kombucha is a great alternative probiotic and doesn't easily slide into bad "cereal style" habits
Jan Nohling
Yes, I brew and drink kombucha also ( and many other ferments - kimchi, cucumbers, carrots, ginger bug etc.)!
