I drink more coffee than I did pre-whole30 and sometimes the taste in my mouth gets yucky. Today I finally bought some Green Tea Mints and wondering if the ingredients are ok. Also wondering if anyone has found any gum that's decent post W30. Green Tea Mints:Sorbitol, Xylitol, Organice Green Tea Extract, Lychee Extract, Sweet Fennel, Fruit Extract (color) Lo Han Guo, Calcium Strearate. Thoughts? Johnny M Posted October 2, 2012 Share Posted October 2, 2012 Hey Danielle - unfortunately sorbitol and xylitol are sweeteners so they're out on that alone. I'm not even sure what a couple other incredients are. I got in the habit of keeping a toothbrush and paste at work instead.
