Scott958
Hello, I found the below chicken and beef stock in the UK. The ingredients don't have sugar, however sugar is listed in the nutrition values. http://m.tesco.com/h5/groceries/r/www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=274859169 http://m.tesco.com/h5/groceries/r/www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=274859100 I am currently on day 71 of my own Whole 100 day challenge, so don't want to mess up now but theses stocks would things so much easier. Are they acceptable?

Are they acceptable? Yep, these are fine. All vegetables have natural sugars so the whole30 asks you to look at the ingredient list, not the nutritional panel. As long as nothing off plan is in the ingredient list, you're good to go.
Hannlib
Just watch yourself in Tescos because they sell another beef and chicken stock, also Tesco finest, which do contain added sugar and are not compliant. I believe the ones you want are stored in the fridges. Check and double check though!
Crastney
personally I avoid T£sco at all costs anyway, and finding any compliant stock can be tricky. stock cubes almost certainly aren't. often a lot easier to make your own if you have the capability/time. If you buy a whole chicken for a roast, then the carcass can be used along with all the peelings, and ends of vegies, with a few other bits and bobs, and some cider vinegar, and Robert's your mother's brother.
