fitgirlH
Hey guys, I found this at my local health food store on the shelves, it is called "organic creamed coconut" by Lets Do...Organic. ingredients are just..organic coconut, you add boiling water to turn it into a milk. I'm really excited about this as i have been trying to find a coconut milk with zero additives to it.

Laura B
I imagine you just add less water. Juli on PaleOMG has posted about using it for coconut butter before. I know how you feel!! Every jar I buy beckons me to stand at my pantry and just eat it.

fitgirlH
I just eat it straight up. Ohmigod so good! When we started our whole30, my husband and I committed to limiting our nut butter intake bc we could eat almond butter like nobody's business; we thought "ok let's try coconut butter and we will stay within our guidelines but this is more recommended than almon butter, lets give it a go" good lord, we opened the first jar to try it and we were both in awe. It's beautiful and perfect and when heated it just forms the most perfect icing-like consistency on frozen fruit. It's my desert island food for sure! Delaine Ross
Warning, don't just put it in yout coffee as is... It makes it chunky! (But I'm with smpyndus - it's delicious alone!)
