molliollioxenfree
The cocoa powder I have in my house has two ingredients: cocoa, and potassium carbonate. Is this compliant? I can't seem to find potassium carbonate on any of the forums or the additive list!
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted June 26, 2016 Moderators Share Posted June 26, 2016 It's okay, go ahead with the cocoa powder (as long as you're using it to make something savory, not baked goods, chocolatey drinks etc...)
molliollioxenfree
Thanks! I was just thinking I might try a paleo chocolate chili recipe or jazz up my coffee beans a little before I brew them

kittenherder
What about in a stir fry with ground turkey, diced apple, cinnamon and cocoa powder?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted July 21, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 21, 2016 What about in a stir fry with ground turkey, diced apple, cinnamon and cocoa powder? This is fine. What wouldn't be fine is a dessert type of deal, like a pudding or a pancake or something that's trying to recreate the experience of a candy bar.
