kb0426 Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 Whilst analyzing every brand of bacon at the co-op (again) to see if there was any compliant brands (of course not) I came across pancetta. They make it in house. The ingredients are pork, salt, spices. Being suspicious, I went to the deli and asked them if the spices include sugar, honey, etc. I held my breath (okay I didn't really) while they checked, and told me I was good to go! So, powers that be, is this compliant? Based on the ingredient list I think yes, but for some reason I am hesitant. Please say yes so I can crisp some up to go with my breakfast tomorrow!
