amkuenn
Hello! So, I love Tessemae's dressings that are Whole 30 Approved; however I recently noticed that Tessemae has changed their ingredient lists to include sunflower oil as their number 1 ingredient...Are Tessemae's dressings still Whole 30 Approved despite this change? Tessemae used to only use EVOO...Thanks! Ashley
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 2, 2016 Moderators Share Posted August 2, 2016 Sunflower oil is a disappointment, but does not stop a dressing from being Whole30-compliant.
amkuenn
So should I be limiting the amount of dressing that I use? I was pretty sure that I read that this oil is not on the no-list because it would be impossible to go out to eat, however it still isn't recommended to consume...am I understanding this correctly?
