Guest Candice
I am still in my Whole30 program, but I am wondering if after I successfully complete the program if I am allowed to "paleo-ify" off limit foods with a clear conscience (i.e., almond flour or coconut flour for pastries, coconut ice cream, etc.). Would these still be considered not clean foods? Are there recommendations on the limits of these technically paleo foods?
Susan W
It's up to you. After whole 30, you are "riding your own bike". For myself, it makes no sense to imitate foods that caused me problems, but that's me. I may still have them very occasionally, I don't know at this point.
