Babsie95
I am planning to reintros rice tomorrow. I plan on having some white rice with breakfast. I am considering having pho or bun bo for lunch. It's a rice noodle soup. Then I will have rice with dinner. Does this sound like a good plan? I was gonna have sushi for lunch but would want soy. I am hoping the noodle soup is a good option but would like opinions
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 12, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 12, 2016 As long as you're sure there's no other non-whole30 ingredients in the soup or the rice noodles, that sounds fine. If you're buying the soup, not making it, confirm the ingredients.
Babsie95
I will ask questions but I think it's safer than sushi (my favorite) I know I would give in to soy sauce
kanmuri
A good option if you want the sushi without the soy is to have a rice ball(onigiri). If you have a Japanese grocery store nearby, you might be able to buy one but you can also make it yourself. Plus it makes for a good portable lunch.
