jenrunsaustin 41
I would love to find out how people did the Whole30 while training for endurance events. I am just starting the Whole30 but I still would like to keep my miles at a decent level - going for 2017 in 2017. What have you done for breakfast before long runs? Fueling on the run? keksW30R2 2
Runners in my group have eaten fruit and almond butter before their runs and then dates and almond butter during if its over 10 miles. Hope that helps!
sjpace 2
Bananas and sweet potatoes help. Figs were also a favorite (but see how they make your tummy feel first). I found that I was a bit sluggish the first week or two, but soon I had more energy than I knew what to do with!!
