Gal5508869
I can't find a Balsamic Vinegar with no sugar. Does anyone have a brand and store they find such in?
AllisonBates
If I'm not mistaken, balsamic vinegar is made from grapes, and therefore will always have natural sugar in it. (Which is ok.) But it shouldn't have added sugar in the ingredients list.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 3, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 3, 2017 Pay attention to the ingredients on all things that you are going to consume. For Balsamic, one of the things to watch out for is added sulphites. Some balsamic will show "contains sulphites" somewhere on the label but if they are in the actual ingredients list, it would also be out.
rougerl102
Is it okay for it just to say "contain sulphites" as long as it isn't in the ingredient list? Is it possible to find balsamic vinegar without sulphites?

If it just says "contains sulphites" but they aren't in the ingredient list, those are naturally occurring and are fine for Whole30.
