Ammonia smelling urine

I've been drinking at least 5 big glasses of water a day...probably around 60-70oz. Veggies have been sweet potatoes, broccolli, yellow potatoes, green beans, orange peppers, cucumber, arugula salad yesterday. I have had salmon and chicken and scrambled eggs for proteins so far this week. Also had some fruits- grapes and bananas. I also eat some cashews in the afternoons.

Okay so 60-70oz is fine if you weigh 120-140 lbs - we'd recommend a half an ounce per pound of body weight daily.

Veg wise broccoli & asparagus are common culprits so if you've eaten a lot of broccoli that may have contributed.

More often than not though it's lack of water (or possibly a UTI so keep an eye out for any other symptoms).
