Soy lecithin would be non compliant. Sunflower lecithen however IS compliant, just not one of the best ingredients.

Have you read the rules?  There are also lots of good downloads available to help you.  There's a link in my signature below to all the downloads, or if you're on a mobile device, google Whole30 downloads.

I have been slowly going through the rules. I haven't started yet. Planning for April 1, so trying to read up on as much as possible before then with very limited time. I'll check out the downloads too! Thanks!

I wonder if it will make for an acceptable tasting creamer for my coffee needs.  Oddly enough, i failed the W30 due to the Trader Joe's soy creamer :o.  Need to review the ingredients closely before starting again soon.
