Michele Tourville
I'm guessing the stuff in the cans is okay but not unsweetened coconut milk in a carton??? Is this correct??? Thanks!!!
Susan W
You are correct. Just make sure the one in the cans have coconut, water and guar gum at the most. You can find them without the guar gum and water if you look around. I like the one that is coconut and water for one use only, my coffee in the morning. It seems to mix in better. Susan W
Thanks soo much!!! I'm going to start a Whole 30 tommorow so wasn't sure!!!! One thing that helped me with the allowed and disallowed things are that if you look at a label and see a long string of hard to pronounce ingredients, it probably isn't okay. You can also do a search for the items, but that doesn't always work perfectly.
kb0426
Hey Michele! I am not sure if you have seen this from the whole9 blog, but it is a great primer for which foods you can't have, including which chemical additives are definitely on the NO list for your whole30. http://whole9life.co...hole30-program/ Welcome aboard! I hope in 30 days you feel as good as I do today! It is day 31 for me!
